Crystal Oswald-Herold - Program Director
Crystal’s work with PeaceTrees focuses in three main program areas: Humanitarian Mine Action, Citizen Diplomacy, and Post-Clearance Development. She also oversees the annual fundraising luncheon and supports fundraising and office operations. Crystal is passionate about helping to create a more just and peaceful world by building personal connections that span the globe. Prior to joining PeaceTrees, Crystal’s work focused on international education, volunteer training, and event management. She organized opportunities for American youth to study abroad and for international youth to study in the United States. Crystal received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master of Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University.
