Doug Alexander

Upon learning about PeaceTrees’ mission and seeing the demonstrable impact of their work on the lives of many, Doug joined the PeaceTrees Vietnam board in 2020. Doug is continually impressed by the commitment and enthusiasm of the organization, its board members and staff, and seeks to contribute to PeaceTrees sustained success.

Doug holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and a master’s from Emory University. With over 20 years of market and user research experience, he is responsible for driving audience understanding to ensure that companies create and build products that address their users’ needs and enable their desired experience outcomes. Currently, Doug helps drive product innovation in the B2B space for AT&T having previously driven consumer and B2B insights for Starbucks, Washington Mutual, and Microsoft.

In addition to volunteerism, his interests include food, fitness, travel, and cheering on his beloved Seattle sports teams.
